Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the return must meet the qualifications of the return policy. 

To start a return, you can contact us at vetementoceane@gmail.com. Photo's of the item in question will need to be provided, front and back wherein the entire dress can be viewed for comparison, this is to include all tags attached and able to view. Failure to provide photographs and cooperate will null and void and return or refund. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address provided upon the approval of return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address. as well as instructions on how to send your package. Postage and handling including a tracking number on return item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This needs to be done upon receipt of the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of intimate apparel, including but not limited to bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, and slips, are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Shoes/Footwear: To request a refund, you must provide photographs of the packaging (including the QR sizing code on the box), the shoe’s measurements (toe-to-heel and width), and your foot measurements. Refunds will only be granted if you received the incorrect size compared to the size you selected according to the size chart provided with the footwear. Please note, we do not issue refunds if the size selected was not based on the provided size chart.Refund Policy for Final Sale Items (Including On-Sale and Promotional Purchases)

All final sale items, including those purchased on sale or using promotional sale codes, are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. By completing your purchase of a final sale item, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to return the item or receive a refund

On-sale items and purchases made using promotional sale codes are considered final sale and fall under this policy.

This policy ensures clarity for all discounted and promotional purchases while maintaining the value of our sales.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on sale items or gift cards. "All on sale item(s) or gift cards are considered a final sale and are non-refundable". This includes the use of promo codes reducing the original price as mentioned above

Single Item Multi-Purchase Policy
If you purchase the same item in multiple sizes, returns or refunds will not be accepted for the sizes that do not fit or that you wish to return. Our size chart is highly accurate, and we strongly recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our chart to select the size that best fits you, rather than ordering multiple sizes.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and checkout is complete, it cannot be canceled or changed, including accidental orders. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
