We use several couriers worldwide, each one carefully selected to provide the best possible service for the destination country.

Please note that the shipping times vary from country to country due to various reasons, high demand, changes in policies of couriers, etc.

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND COST
We aim to provide the best shopping experience possible. In some countries, minimal shipping charges may apply to ensure that your order is shipped with the most reliable carrier for your destination.

Typical delivery time is 12–23 business days. Please note that this estimate does not include any delays caused by customs clearance. Transit times may also vary due to courier policies, seasonal demand, or other unforeseen factors.

While we work closely with our suppliers and third-party carriers to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any additional time your order may spend in customs.

Due to recent global events, shipping times may be further extended.

Our #1 priority will always be our customer's satisfaction. Due to our extremely high demand & daily order volume, our current average shipping times can vary from 7 - 20 days. This may change depending on the region you may be located in. When you place an order with us, we send out your package on the next day and get it on the road as quickly as possible to ensure you get what you ordered as soon as possible. Due to recent demand, processing may take 7-9 business days before it's shipped.

We are actively working toward faster shipping times, with a goal of 7 days or less in the near future. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us—responses are typically provided within 24–48 hours.

VIP Expedited Shipping delivers approximately 3 days faster than the standard shipping timeframe of 12–23 business days.

Please note the following:

  • Package Responsibility: Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, Océane Vêtements is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced by residential property managers, apartment offices, or other third parties.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete. Océane Vêtements is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to sender in good condition, we may, at our discretion, reship the package for a minimum fee of $20 plus the cost of return postage. Any fees incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility.

  • High-Risk Delivery Areas: For customers in areas with a higher risk of theft, we strongly recommend providing a secure alternate delivery address to ensure safe receipt of your package.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and checkout is complete, it cannot be canceled or changed, including accidental orders. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
